Meta Ads focused on tracking health, creative testing, and conversion
Specialized Facebook and Instagram advertising management across Feed, Stories, and Reels. We combine audience segmentation and rapid creative testing with server-side CAPI diagnostics and landing-page message match.
E-commerce stores, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, and B2B companies advertising on Facebook and Instagram who want disciplined budget management, reliable conversion tracking, and higher post-click conversion rates.
What We Do
Campaign Structure & Objective Architecture: Full funnel structuring across Facebook and Instagram placements (Feed, Stories, Reels, Explore).
Audience Segmentation & Retargeting: Testing cold prospecting angles, lookalike audiences, and warm retargeting sequences where technically supported.
Creative Hook & Ad Copy Iteration: Systematic testing of ad headlines, body copy, and creative angles based on your provided brand visual assets.
Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) Diagnostics: Verifying server-side event deduplication, parameter accuracy, and Event Match Quality (EMQ).
Post-Click Alignment & Speed Auditing: Diagnosing mobile destination page latency and message match to prevent paid click bounce leaks.
Transparent Telemetry & Reporting: Structured performance reporting focused on real acquisition costs, conversion metrics, and prioritized next steps.

Monthly Management Plans
Monthly Meta Ads Management
Dedicated Facebook and Instagram campaign management. Plans are differentiated strictly by Meta campaign complexity, optimization cadence, creative testing volume, tracking depth, and strategy review access.
Month-to-month
Single Objective
Starter Plan
Entry-level Meta management for accounts focusing on a single campaign objective.
Plan Scope Disclosures:
Monthly management fees cover account auditing, campaign architecture, creative copywriting, bid optimization, and reporting. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta via your connected ad account and is not included. Video filming, actor talent, custom landing page development, and third-party software subscriptions are excluded and quoted separately where needed.
Prefer an Objective Diagnostic Before Monthly Management?
If you already have active Meta campaigns or an internal team, start with an independent technical audit to uncover tracking gaps, wasted spend, and creative fatigue without long-term commitments.
Audit-to-Management Credit Offer:
If you decide to transition into monthly advertising management within 14 calendar days of receiving your completed audit report, 25% of your audit fee is credited directly toward your first monthly management invoice.

Clear answers to common questions regarding our Meta advertising management, scope, tracking, and billing policies.
1. What platforms does this service cover?
This dedicated service exclusively covers Meta advertising platforms: Facebook and Instagram across Feed, Stories, Reels, Explore, and Messenger placements managed through Meta Ads Manager.
2. Does the Meta Ads service include Google Ads or TikTok?
No. This is a dedicated Meta Ads service. Google Ads and TikTok advertising are not included in any of our Meta management plans. If you require search or multi-platform advertising, we offer a dedicated Google Ads service with separate scope and deliverables.
3. What is included in each monthly management plan?
Our plans are differentiated by Meta account complexity and optimization depth:
Starter ($299/mo, or $269/mo on 3-month commitment): Entry-level management for single-objective accounts, bi-weekly bid/pacing tuning, pixel check, up to 2 copy tests/mo, monthly reporting, and 1 monthly async strategy review.
Growth ($599/mo, or $539/mo on 3-month commitment): Scaling multi-campaign funnels, weekly optimization, Conversions API (CAPI) deduplication monitoring, up to 4 creative angle/copy tests/mo, bi-weekly reporting, and 1 monthly 30-min strategy call.
Scale ($999/mo, or $899/mo on 3-month commitment): Advanced multi-campaign architecture (prospecting, Advantage+ Shopping, dynamic retargeting), daily pacing, weekly algorithmic bid tuning, continuous CAPI health, up to 8 creative tests/mo, weekly reporting, and bi-weekly 45-min strategy calls.
4. Is my advertising budget included in the management fee?
No. Your advertising budget is paid directly by your organization to Meta via your connected payment method in Meta Ads Manager. LeakGrader only bills for strategic management, optimization, and reporting fees, with zero ad spend markups.
5. How much should I spend on advertising?
We do not enforce an arbitrary minimum ad spend. However, for Meta algorithms to exit the learning phase and generate statistically reliable conversion telemetry, we typically recommend a minimum ad budget of $1,000 to $3,000 per month depending on your customer acquisition targets and product pricing.
6. Do you create ad creatives, videos, copy, and landing pages?
Our monthly plans include strategic copywriting, angle testing, headline variations, and creative briefs or light graphic adjustments based on assets you provide. We do not provide on-location video filming, acting talent, or 3D animation. Custom landing page development and full website rebuilds are quoted separately through our dedicated Websites & Landing Pages service.
7. Do you work with existing campaigns or newly launched accounts?
We work with both established Meta accounts looking to eliminate wasted spend and new accounts establishing their initial campaign architecture. For new accounts, we ensure tracking infrastructure and business verification are properly configured before launching paid traffic.
8. Do you audit Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking?
Yes. Tracking health is foundational. We inspect browser pixel event firing, server-side Conversions API (CAPI) events, event deduplication, and Meta Event Match Quality (EMQ) to ensure Meta receives clean conversion data.
9. Is CAPI setup included, or is additional implementation quoted separately?
Diagnostic checks and configuration assistance via standard platform partner integrations (such as Shopify native CAPI, WordPress Meta integration, or Google Tag Manager) are included in Growth and Scale plans. Custom bespoke server-to-server CAPI implementations, AWS/GCP server gateway engineering, or complex CRM integrations require a separate written scope.
10. How frequently do you optimize campaigns?
Optimization cadence varies by plan:
Starter: Bi-weekly campaign, budget pacing, and bid adjustments.
Growth: Weekly campaign tuning, audience testing, and creative refreshes.
Scale: Daily pacing monitoring with weekly algorithmic bid adjustments.
11. What reporting will I receive?
Starter clients receive a comprehensive monthly PDF report. Growth clients receive bi-weekly performance summaries plus access to an asynchronous metrics view. Scale clients receive weekly reports and a dedicated live KPI dashboard. Reports focus on verifiable metrics: cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and tracking health.
12. Can you guarantee ROAS, leads, sales, or revenue?
No. We do not make false guarantees regarding specific ROAS, revenue figures, or sales volume. Performance is influenced by numerous factors outside an agency's direct control, including product demand, pricing, competitor bids, inventory, and seasonality. We position our service around structured analysis, rapid creative testing, disciplined budget management, and transparent telemetry.
13. How do I get started?
Begin by submitting our qualification form. Our team reviews your business model, current spend, and marketing challenges. Qualified prospects receive an invitation for an initial discovery call, followed by a written proposal tailored to your specific account needs.
14. Do I need to provide my Meta Business Portfolio or ad-account access?
Yes. To manage or audit your campaigns, we require authorized analyst or partner access to your Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager) and connected ad account, pixel, and catalog.
15. Will you need my account password?
Never. We operate under a strict zero-password policy. You will never be asked for your personal Facebook or Meta login credentials. Access is granted safely and officially via Meta Business Manager partner or user invitations.
16. Can I keep my existing marketing agency?
Yes. You can engage LeakGrader for a standalone diagnostic audit to independently evaluate tracking health, creative fatigue, and wasted spend while retaining your existing agency for day-to-day execution.
17. What happens if my tracking is broken or data is incomplete?
If our initial discovery or audit reveals broken pixel events, missing CAPI parameters, or severe event mismatch, we flag the issue immediately in a written priority ticket. We pause new campaign scaling until the baseline data collection is restored to avoid wasting ad spend on unmeasured traffic.
18. Can I start with a one-time advertising audit?
Yes. If you prefer an objective technical evaluation before committing to monthly management, you can purchase a standalone Paid Advertising Audit. We offer Essential ($299), Advanced ($599), and Custom ($999) diagnostic audits with a 5 business days delivery target.
19. Can the audit fee be credited toward monthly management?
Yes. If you purchase monthly management within 14 calendar days of receiving your completed audit report, 25% of your audit fee is credited directly toward your first monthly management invoice.
20. Are monthly and three-month commitment options available?
Yes. We offer both standard month-to-month billing and a three-month commitment option. Choosing a three-month commitment provides a 10% discount: Starter is $269/month, Growth is $539/month, and Scale is $899/month.
21. How does cancellation work?
For month-to-month plans, you may cancel anytime by providing written notice at least 5 business days before your next renewal billing date. For three-month commitment plans, early termination prior to the completion of the 3-month term forfeits the 10% commitment discount, and previous months are re-billed at the standard month-to-month rate. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.
22. Are third-party tools, software, or integrations included?
No. Management fees cover our team's labor, analysis, and campaign management. Subscriptions to third-party tools (such as third-party tracking software, attribution platforms, or image licensing) are paid directly by the client if required.
23. What happens if my advertising account is restricted or suspended?
Account compliance and policy adherence are client responsibilities under Meta's Terms of Service. While we build campaigns adhering strictly to Meta Advertising Standards, if Meta restricts your account due to business verification or historical violations, our team assists you with submitting official appeals and documentation through Meta Account Quality. Delivery timelines may be paused while Meta processes the appeal.
24. Can I request additional work outside my package?
Yes. Any work outside your agreed monthly package scope—such as building new custom landing pages, complex CRM integrations, or additional advertising platforms—is scoped transparently and quoted in writing for client approval before work begins.
