1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeakGrader Inc. ("LeakGrader", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or utilizing https://leakgrader.com or our associated APIs, audit diagnostics, and AI Sales Closer widgets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LeakGrader provides autonomous B2B revenue intelligence tools, including:

• 10-Second Website Diagnostic: Non-intrusive public website performance, conversion friction, and simulated revenue leak scoring.
• 24/7 AI WhatsApp Closer Bot: Embeddable conversational qualification and scheduling agents.
• B2B Prospect Intelligence (LeadPulse): Commercial directory enrichment and tailored cold outreach scripts.
• Document Vault (OmniBrain): Private grounded knowledge base and document RAG question-answering.
• SEO Article Factory (ContentCrew): Multi-agent publication-grade article generation.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeakGrader only for lawful commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately overload diagnostic scan infrastructure.
• Scrape or extract database contents without authorization.
• Use the AI Closer widget or outreach tools to distribute spam, harassment, malware, or deceptive material.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the underlying proprietary AI models without explicit license.

4. Pricing, Billing & Refunds

Certain services, including instant boardroom PDF unlock ($9), monthly SaaS access ($79/mo), and done-for-you agency setups ($1,500), require payment.

• Micro-Transactions: Instant audit PDF unlock purchases are final once the report has been generated.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time via your customer billing portal.
• Refunds: We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly SaaS subscriptions if you are dissatisfied with service quality. Contact support@leakgrader.com with your order ID.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

LeakGrader and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the LeakGrader platform, software, logos, trademarks, and diagnostic algorithms. Reports and generated content produced for you belong to you for your commercial use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

LeakGrader diagnostics provide simulated estimates of lost inbound revenue based on industry benchmarks, speed metrics, and form friction analysis. These estimates are illustrative benchmarks and do not constitute legal or financial guarantees. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
