At LeakGrader, we operate under strict technical protocols to ensure client ad accounts, proprietary analytics, customer identities, and codebase assets remain completely secure.
🔒 Zero Password Policy
We never request, store, or accept client passwords. All account access is granted through official platform collaborator invites (Meta Business Manager Partner ID or Google Ads MCC link).
🛡️ 100% Client Data Ownership
You retain complete legal ownership of your ad accounts, pixel data, custom audiences, creative assets, and purchased diagnostic reports.
👥 Principle of Minimum Access
Our team requests only the minimum permissions necessary (e.g. Standard Advertiser / Analyst). Sensitive financial and master admin controls stay entirely with you.
🗂️ Isolated Client Environments
Client workspaces, telemetry traces, and campaign deliverables are partitioned in isolated directories with role-based team permissions.
1. Account Access Protocols
When you partner with LeakGrader for paid audits or monthly campaign management, access is established strictly through official partner channels:
- Meta Ads: We provide our official Business Manager Partner ID for you to assign specific asset permissions.
- Google Ads: We dispatch an MCC (Manager Account) link request for your approval with Standard permissions.
- Shopify / Codebases: We request standard Collaborator staff access with restricted scope (Themes/Analytics only).
2. Authorized Personnel & Confidentiality
Only assigned, vetted technical team members and strategists actively servicing your account have access to your telemetry and performance data. Every team member operates under binding non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality obligations.
3. Offboarding & Immediate Access Revocation
Upon conclusion of an audit or monthly engagement, LeakGrader proactively requests revocation of our partner access permissions. Clients can also revoke partner links directly from their platform settings at any second with a single click.
4. Cross-Border Compliance
We adhere to international privacy regulations including GDPR (UK/EU), CCPA/CPRA (California/USA), PIPEDA (Canada), and the Privacy Act (Australia). We never resell, license, or share client campaign data with third parties.
